It was not Sheryl Crow’s first rodeo when she joined the Rolling Stones on stage last week (May 31). She has shared the stage with them before (she guests on “Honky Tonk Woman” on their 2004 Live Licks album), so she likely felt more comfortable than most guest vocalists when she was invited to sing with them this past Friday (May 31) at one of the Chicago dates of their current 50 & Counting Tour (video below)
Crow just announced the release of her first-ever country album, but that didn’t stop her for going full-on rock’n'roll on a version of “All Down the Line,” from the Stones’ 1972 classic Exile on Main St.
Dear @rollingstones – I had a great time last night! What a thrill singing with you. Love you all!#Stones50

Country seems to be in the minds of the Stones during this tour. Other guests they’ve featured during their 50 & Counting Tour have included Carrie Underwood in Toronto, and Keith Urban in L.A.
And tonight (June 3), the final night of the band’s three-night stay in Chicago, their guest will be another country superstar, Taylor Swift. It seems she’s feeling 72 instead of 22.
Tonight’s special guest will be @taylorswift13! #Stones50 #Chicago twitter.com/RollingStones/…
